After working for many high-end hotels in Lebanon and overseas, pastry chef Charbel Akiki has decided to open his own shop to further challenge and prove his capabilities as a chef and entrepreneur. With a focus on high quality products, best chocolate, new recipes and techniques combined with the professional training he acquired in France Charbel aims to continue to satisfy his clients and guest.
